The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a dedication to evidence-based care, and experience in dialysis/kidney/renal care.

They must also possess excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Data Recording: Accurately document post-operative care data in systems like Compucare and Endobase.

**Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate must hold a valid NMC Pin, have post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
