We are partnering with Primary, Secondary, and SEND Schools across Gainsborough to build a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants who can provide exceptional support to these schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences. You will have the flexibility to choose the age group you would like to work with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with students on a 1:1, group, or intervention basis to support the children and class teacher.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
  • Effectively manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive and safe learning space.
  • Collaborate with school staff to provide comprehensive support to students.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Primary or Secondary aged children.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • SEND experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
