Job Description

Lloyd & Whyte is seeking an Insurance Adviser to join our team in a key role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent client service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve Individual Objectives: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction levels.
  • Provide Professional Support: Offer expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
  • Renewals and Adjustments: Handle client queries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactive Approach: Identify alternative products, advise clients of potential gaps in cover, and provide regular insurance reviews.
  • New Business: Deal with new business quotations and presentations to market on behalf of Account Executives within requested timescales.
  • Administration: Ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Client Money: Focus on timely collection of client money in accordance with company procedures.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company, regulatory, and compliance guideline requirements.
  • Representation: Represent the company professionally at external events such as conferences and client visits.
  • Technical Competence: Maintain and develop own technical competence.
  • Team Support: Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required.
Requirements

  • IT Literacy: IT literate.
  • Qualifications: Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
