Clinical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a vital role in providing training and support to our customers within hospitals, including a key account, and working closely with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and education to customers on our pressure area care and moving and handling equipment
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide clinical support and advice to customers
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials

About the Role:

This is a rare and excellent opportunity to join a privately owned, innovative, and patient-focussed company that continues to enjoy healthy growth thanks to a strong product pipeline and a genuine focus on customer support, satisfaction, and feedback.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 to £38,000 basic, with a bonus of £2,000 to £8,000, as well as a range of benefits including an electric company car or allowance, pension, 25 days holiday, and a rewards and discount package.

Requirements:

  • Current nursing registration
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Keen to move into a training role, ideally having trained as part of their current or previous roles
