We are seeking a highly skilled Geoscience Petrophysicist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will work closely with geoscientists to evaluate development acreage and provide petrophysical input to block evaluations.
The role involves designing logging programs, supervising logging operations, and monitoring petrophysical interpretation. You will have the autonomy to develop the role and work independently, with some overseas travel required.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success and growth as a leading hydrocarbons producer. We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Design logging programs for wireline and LWD/MWD operations
- Supervise and monitor logging operations to ensure high-quality results
- Carry out log interpretation for open and cased hole wells
- Collaborate with geologists and reservoir engineers on core analysis programs
- Participate in field studies and generate log interpretations contributing to integrated study reports
