The Role
We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to join our Tech & Change team as a Director of IT Service Delivery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our IT services, ensuring seamless operations, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT service strategy aligned with business goals and ITIL best practices.
- Lead the implementation of regulatory frameworks, such as operational resilience and SOx.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships at the Executive Board level.
- Drive innovation in service/infrastructure/security through automation and AI.
- Ensure robust Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery plans.
- Play a key role in the Technology Leadership Team, fostering collaboration and driving change.
About You
We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in IT service delivery and a passion for excellence. You'll need:
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in leading large teams through change.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL, service management, and infrastructure services.
