Job Title: Business Development Consultant - German Speaking

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and lead generation tools
  • Establish and reinforce our position as the client's strategic language partner of choice
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and present innovative solutions to clients' linguistic challenges
  • Conduct meetings and calls with prospective customers to discuss requirements and establish best practices
  • Upsell and cross-sell services from our portfolio and introduce state-of-the-art technology solutions
  • Negotiate new client contracts and procure and participate in client tenders and pitches

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Experience in selling B2B services and a proven track record in proactive outreaches and meetings
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and interested in moving things
