Look no further Portico is currently seeking an exceptional Mandarin speaking Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious banking client in London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, rotating between the ground floor reception and internal floor reception, and assisting with facilities and administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and the ability to build rapport with people from all levels of a business. You will also need to possess a positive can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to help others.
