Riverside Community Health Project is a pioneering organisation dedicated to improving the health and well-being of disadvantaged communities in West Newcastle. With over forty years of experience, we have been challenging inequality by supporting local people to identify and address issues affecting their lives.
Our mission is to deliver a range of services in response to identified need, ensuring that our community has access to the support they require to thrive. We are seeking a leader who can sustain and further develop our work, enabling us to continue making a positive difference to the lives of local people.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of community development, offering strong strategic leadership and management skills to shape and deliver Riverside's responses to local need. They will be able to build genuine partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders, driving great practice and ensuring continued strong governance and sound finances.
