About the Role:
Syner BMW Chigwell is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to cover maternity leave in their busy accounts department.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant and Management team to support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including the sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations.
In this role, you will also assist with various ad-hoc duties where required, ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts department.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations.
A strong understanding of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office would be advantageous, but not essential.
You will be a highly motivated, well-organized, and diligent individual who can work to strict deadlines, paying close attention to detail and working effectively both as an individual and as part of a small team.
