We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and provide support to clients as needed

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and develop relationships with clients and colleagues
