Job Summary:

Algo Capital Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Trader to join its elite trading team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for researching alpha and portfolio construction in various arbitrage strategies in systematic Options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Trading to design and develop alpha and machine learning strategies.
  • Assist in researching market microstructure and its impact on trading decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Work closely with various businesses and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative trading strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a quant trader working on strategies in a systematic options trading desk.
  • Strong understanding of market microstructure and its implications on trading decisions.
  • Excellent track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly analytical or technical field, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
