Key Responsibilities
  • Administer new claims and control file lifecycles
  • Develop management information and ensure compliance with time reporting, billing, and financial procedures
  • Provide account management support and assist with client and business presentations

The successful candidate will have claims handling experience and a CILA/III qualification. They will also have strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
