Exciting Opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a wonderful school in Ealing. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our students thrive by providing personalized support tailored to their unique needs.

About the Role
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a holistic support system that promotes each child's development.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour, using positive reinforcement and restorative practices to create a calm and productive learning environment.
  • Support pupils with personal care and mobility, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued at all times.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to the close-knit community that makes our school in Ealing so special.

Requirements
