Early Years Placement Officer and Assessor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in Early Years and experience of delivering to students. An Assessor Qualification is essential to this post or a willingness to work towards one to support our full-time learners to successfully complete their work/industry placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit and observe learners in their practice and support them in preparing evidence for their qualification.
* Engage with new and existing employers to secure high quality work experience opportunities and T Level Placements.
* Travel to a variety of employers, managing your schedule effectively to meet the needs of the learners, the curriculum and the employers.
