">Job Description
">This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader, responsible for leading and supervising our Carers and Senior Carers at one of our care homes. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents, always prioritizing their independence, privacy, dignity, and choice.
">Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery">
- Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with Registered Nurses or Care Practitioners">
- Ensure the effective management of clinical responsibilities, including recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures">
- Role model excellence in care practice, inspiring trust and confidence in others">
Requirements
">- ">
- Proven experience in senior-level care roles, with a track record of supervising others">
- Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on resident-centered care">
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team">
