The role of Head of Procurement and Fleet at ClickJobs presents a unique opportunity to lead a stable team in supporting regulated and non-regulated services for individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee strategic sourcing activities to drive improved supplier performance and cost reduction.
- Propose changes to existing supply chains, agree them with internal stakeholders, and mobilise the changes to deliver anticipated financial and other improvements.
- Develop, implement, and drive Key Performance Measurements for areas of responsibility.
- Navigate and analyse complex data to identify and present opportunities.
- Operational experience of managing and working within large organisations' procurement function in the capacity of Senior Procurement Manager, Senior Buyer, or similar.
- 10+ Years of Procurement/Buying Experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of identifying and delivering substantial savings.
- Willingness to work with a hybrid approach, attending the office as required.
This exciting role has become available due to retirement, and you will lead a team supporting both regulated and non-regulated services for people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other complex needs. The Head of Procurement and Fleet is responsible for leading the overall function, including the company's sourcing and supplier management activities, and all activities related to the management of the Voyage Care vehicle Fleet.
The role will be home-based, with travel to Group Support Lichfield as required. You will be responsible for educating, influencing, and advising key stakeholders on the benefits of and requirements for effective supplier and fleet management.
