We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare in the Gosport area.
Job Summary:
As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
