Customer Service Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Jark PLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process new orders and manage existing customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take card payments and follow up on sales leads/new customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and deal with all customer service issues as required.
- Chase late deliveries and resolve order discrepancies.
- Liaise with the accounts department to rectify outstanding account queries.
- Raise paperwork on returned items and provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in administrative software and systems.
