**Job Summary**

Jark PLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process new orders and manage existing customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take card payments and follow up on sales leads/new customer enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and deal with all customer service issues as required.
  • Chase late deliveries and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Liaise with the accounts department to rectify outstanding account queries.
  • Raise paperwork on returned items and provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative software and systems.
