As a Grant and Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and administering compelling and comprehensive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with our organisation's goals and objectives.

You will administer the RFP process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather required information, managing our content library, and crafting clear, informative narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients or partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented project management skills, and the ability to conduct thorough reviews and edits to ensure proposals are error-free, consistent, and align with brand messaging.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Sourcing relevant RFPs for bid consideration & facilitating an internal bid/no bid process
  • Producing and delivering compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
  • Coordinating administrative tasks for each bid, such as supplier registration, documentation management, and form signatures
  • Coordinating and managing additional proposal input and review from relevant stakeholders
  • Managing, tracking and communicating bid deadlines and updates
  • Day-to-day active bid writing, bid formatting, and proposal pipeline management
  • Coordinating/actively handling printing and mail delivery requirements where physical copy submission is required (US-specific)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences and digital platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Conduct thorough reviews and edits to ensure proposals are error-free, consistent, and align with brand messaging
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and good attention to detail
  • Excellent IT knowledge with the ability to use Google systems & MS office products
  • Excellent self-presentation and a confident communicator with the ability to present effectively
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems, with a clear commitment for identifying opportunities and delivering improvements
  • Results driven and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships, working cross functionally and involving others
