Marketing Assistant - Social Media and Content Creation

ARCC Innovations Ltd. is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our vision of keeping engineering and design in the UK. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy, creating engaging content for our social platforms, and managing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for ARCC Innovations and ARCC Bikes
  • Manage and update our websites, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Plan, populate, and update our social media content calendar, showcasing our brand's personality and values
  • Manage our social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience
  • Manage SEO, PPC, and Google Ads/Analytics, ensuring our online presence is optimized
  • Plan and manage events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing our products and services
  • Generate content ideas and concept videos, graphics, and other pieces of content that showcase our brand's story
  • Creation of creative collateral, including booklets, banners, user guides, and other marketing materials
  • Write sharp, engaging copy for posts on all major social media channels, highlighting our brand's unique value proposition
  • Upload content into relevant platforms and content management systems, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Conduct social listening and reporting back to the team, providing insights on our audience's preferences and behaviors
  • Identify and nurture relationships with relevant social influencers, amplifying our brand's reach and credibility

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Outstanding writing skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • A passion for digital content and its potential to drive business results
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience in concepting and producing video content, with a keen eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics
  • Comfortable using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Basic knowledge of web development using platforms such as Squarespace and Shopify
