Nursery Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Childcare Team Manager to join our team at Manaba nursery in Alton, Hampshire. As a qualified and experienced Early Years practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a team of Practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Qualified Early Years practitioner with experience in leading a team. Competitive salary (£12,800 - £13,030) dependent on experience.
