\Barchester Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider offering high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team, working closely with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care and support.
\Your Key Responsibilities:

- Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews\
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants\
- Develop your career through ongoing training opportunities\
Requirements:
\We require an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualized care and support.
\What We Offer:
\The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities.
