About the Role

The Liz Earle Beauty Co. is a leading beauty company that combines the expertise of a creative agency with the speed and flexibility of an in-house team. We work with some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap & Glory, and Boots own brand.

As a Client Manager, you will be the primary representative and face of our company. You will be responsible for managing relationships and delivering briefs across internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with our creative and production team to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver high-profile projects across paid and owned channels.
  • Run projects and own client relationships, being confident and comfortable to challenge and develop the brief with clients.
  • Manage multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks or challenges are communicated and upholding the agency standards of ensuring great work is delivered.
  • Take the lead in client meetings, presentations, and signoffs both virtual and in-person.
  • Be the delivery expert for your account, ensuring you are pushing for opportunities and continuously proposing solutions with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Coordinate and partner with Project Managers to support plan, track and deliver end-to-end projects for a variety of campaign and channel requirements.
  • Proactive, continuous improvement of processes.
  • Support the finance process, staying on top of tracking scope, estimating, and tracking budgets and ensuring monthly updates are on track.
  • Support wider Client Management team across accounts and workstreams, where needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Account Management experience within agency or related creative environment.
  • Experience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plans.
  • Fluent in project management principles specifically delivering omni-channel creative assets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
  • Good with numbers, calculating and developing estimates for clients.
  • Confident and highly organised, with good listening and note taking skills.
  • Smart, friendly, pro-active, and objective focused, always keeping the customer in mind.
  • Passionate about producing great creative.
