About the Role:
- Provide educational sessions to students in their homes or public spaces, such as libraries or community centers.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs or looked-after children.
- Be able to manage and implement a range of behavior strategies to support student engagement and motivation.
