We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Grampian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical conditions using sound decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose medical conditions using clinical judgment and evidence-based practice
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide high-quality patient care and education
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Practice
- Proven experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical conditions
- Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
