About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a variety of complex projects, working closely with business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal technology teams to enhance and maintain our state-of-the-art clearing solutions. Your work will involve everything from analysing new requirements and documenting solutions to implementing and testing systems, ensuring they meet business needs effectively.

  1. Conduct business analysis to produce project artefacts, such as Business Requirements and Test Strategy documentation, and implement & test solutions.
  2. Drive multiple projects simultaneously while managing end-to-end project delivery.
  3. Own business and functional requirements, perform technical analysis, and document change requests.
  4. Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to understand priorities and requirements.
  5. Manage relationships with business units and provide regular project updates to both business and technology stakeholders.
  6. Communicate key project risks, define mitigation strategies, and oversee resolutions.
  7. Develop test strategies, document test scenarios, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing across a comprehensive tech stack.
  8. Create Project Plans and UAT Run-books.
  9. Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in Front-to-Back systems within Listed Derivatives and OTC, specifically in Clearing, Margin, Treasury, or Collateral functions.
  10. Technical proficiency in Python, Ab-initio, SQL for data analysis, along with experience building business dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
  11. Strong understanding of ETD and OTC trade life cycle events, data economics, and financial flows.
  12. Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks, such as CFTC, EMIR, and UK MiFID.
  13. Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
  14. Experience in writing requirements, traceability matrices, and test cases.
  15. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
