Farm Site Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Farm Site Director to join our team, responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our farm sites.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of farm staff to achieve high performance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yields, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of activities across the business.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and control expenses, ensuring optimal use of resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the agriculture industry.
• Strong understanding of crop production processes, including soil management, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Degree in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field.
