Job Overview

We are working with Howells Solutions Limited, a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit an experienced bid leader who can take responsibility for large and strategically important bids. This role will require someone comfortable with managing complex bidding processes while also being able to identify new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective bidding strategies to secure major contracts. They will work closely with our sales team to identify potential clients and develop targeted proposals that meet their needs.

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in bid management and will be able to demonstrate their expertise in this field. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • A salary of around £60,000-£80,000 per year, depending on experience
