The Kitchen Supervisor role involves overseeing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.
A key responsibility of this role is to ensure that individual dietary requirements are met, including portion control procedures and adapting dishes as needed. You will also deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.
