Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to assist with the implementation of HR Service Delivery within a major public sector organisation based in Edinburgh.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and make a real impact on the client's operations. The ideal candidate will have experience of the current version of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the HR Service Delivery module, Employee Centre Portal, and integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge of the platform mechanics and best practices, as well as strong teamwork, self-managing and self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills. They will also need to be proficient in JavaScript development independent of and within the ServiceNow framework, HTML, XML, CSS & JSON, and Self-Service Portal (beyond Catalogue Items).

Desirable Skills

Possession of exposure to Agile working methods, configuration/customisation of workspaces, and configuration of Virtual Agent would be highly desirable for this role.

What We Offer

This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
