Pastry Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team in a 5-star Hotel in London. As a key member of the pastry production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry dishes for various outlets within the Hotel.

The successful candidate will have a background in pastry and experience working in a Hotel pastry department. A competitive salary of £36,900 + service (approximately £39-40k package) is on offer, along with a 48hr contract and flexible shift times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a team of 10 pastry chefs to ensure smooth operation of the pastry section
  • Prepare and present high-quality pastry items for various F&B outlets
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
