Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Join FIND | Creating Futures, a specialist staffing business, and take on a challenging role as a Placement Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our clients in the Higher Education space.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Placement Coordinator to provide tailored support to students and employers. The successful candidate will deal with student, academic, and employer enquiries for all aspects of placement activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with employers and different industry sectors.
  • Develop and implement internal employability frameworks.
  • Provide advice to students on CV development, covering letters, and interview preparation.
  • Lead on the development of internal placement opportunities for students.
  • Work proactively with students to encourage take-up of placements.
  • Facilitate the full recruitment cycle, including advertising opportunities, shortlisting candidates, and providing feedback.
Requirements:

Candidates will ideally have prior experience working in a careers services, placement environment, or recruitment services role within further education, higher education, or apprenticeships. A level 3 IAG qualification is also desirable.
