Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Global Clinical Program Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical trials on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global clinical program operational strategies, plans, and risk assessments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build and review Clinical Trial-Risk Assessment Categorization Tools (CT-RACT).
  • Support program and study-level diversity plans and vendor evaluations.
  • Represent the function in initiatives for continuous improvement of clinical trial planning and delivery.
  • Manage people and lead teams, projects, or programs, with experience in life sciences or medically related fields.
