A leading workspace management company is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their in-house team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for electrical issues within managed office spaces, conducting initial assessments, performing repairs, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, identifying and reporting the need for significant electrical repairs and improvements.
  • Oversee and coordinate external contractors to ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical systems.
  • Cost-effective resolution of electrical issues.
  • High-quality execution of electrical work in line with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Possession of full electrical qualifications, including City & Guilds 2391, City & Guilds 2382, and an ECS Gold Card.
