About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team at The Config Team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP Basis Configuration and Support: Configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot SAP Basis systems, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support for SAP Security & Authorizations (S&A) and other SAP technologies.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues and provide timely support to clients, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior consultants and other team members to deliver high-quality support and service to clients.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technology and best practices, and contribute to the development of our team's technical expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience with SAP Basis: Proven experience with SAP Basis configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • SAP Security & Authorizations: Experience with SAP Security & Authorizations (S&A) is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP Basis and SAP Security & Authorizations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
