About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled project manager to bring their expertise to our team and make a significant contribution to our success. As a Project Manager for Avk-Seg, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering complex power systems projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Manage project communications, including stakeholder engagement, project reporting, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects, preferably in the power systems sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
