Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Fleetwood. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, supporting with HR administration, and managing employee relations cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Advice and Guidance: Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • HR Administration: Support with HR administration, including contracts, letters, and starter/leaver documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Manage a caseload of employee relations cases, including disciplinary investigations, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
  • HRIS Management: Keep the HRIS system fully up to date and compliant, gathering data for management information and creating regular reports as required.
  • Onboarding: Onboard new employees and work in conjunction with the recruitment team.
  • Communication: Work with the wider HR team to communicate all relevant updates and changes to employees.

Requirements:

  • Experience: HR Advisor experience with the ability to deal with a range of employee relations cases.
  • Qualifications: Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3 or 5 (study support is available).
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship management skills, positive attitude, and willingness to help others and work to resolve any issues.

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum.
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an option to buy/sell additional days.
