We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our community team, providing high-quality care to patients in Northern, Eastern, and Mid Devon. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be part of an exceptional team working together to help patients stay healthy when they need it most.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and development of Band 5 Physiotherapists, students, and support staff assigned to them. Excellent IT skills are required to coordinate the smooth running of the service and utilize the benefits of our online MyCare portal.

Working Pattern

The post-holder will work Monday to Friday with a team rota for weekends. The successful candidate will be entered onto the team rota for late shifts (either 10am - 6pm or 12pm - 8pm depending on capacity) and weekends (with toil time provided to compensate) to support admission avoidance and facilitate timely hospital discharge to the benefit of our local community.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have sound moving and handling skills, good problem-solving, prioritization, and excellent communication. A driving license and access to a car are required to complete community visits. Preference will be given to staff with Priority and 'At Risk' status, including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon.
