We are seeking an In House Operator (Blender) with excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to join Harrison Scott Associates in providing colour and function to printing and packaging products.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-site support to customers
  • Maintaining ink area hygiene and compliance with customer rules and policies
  • Updating digital colour database and recipes within the dispense management system
  • Supporting on-site colour corrections and basic troubleshooting on press
  • Capturing and resolving 'NCR' issues

A full driving license is required for this role, which offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Tasks:

  • Dispense ink according to daily production plans
  • Move products to and from machines
  • Book press returns and place them in designated locations
  • Re-work press returns where possible
  • Cluster press returns by running colour
  • Place weekly material orders
  • File delivery notes for month-end stock count
  • Book new deliveries and replenish material stocks
  • Arrange uplift of empty containers and waste ink
