Job Title: Senior Cost Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Engineer to join our team at Technip Energies. As a Senior Cost Engineer, you will play a critical role in controlling the delivery of Project Controls for multiple or large and complex scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project setup in ERP, including tasks, bill rates, key members, and other relevant details.
  • Entering funding agreements/Purchase Orders and updating projects as necessary.
  • Project maintenance to correct hours, rates, costs, funding, and other project-related information.
  • Creation of Lump Sum and Software billing events.
  • Troubleshooting Projects where no revenue is accrued and updating as necessary.
  • Preparation of monthly draft Invoices for Projects and liaising with project managers to ensure sales invoices are issued for all projects.
  • Produce cost reports, financial analyses, forecasts, and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Ensure timely close out of projects.
  • Alert/Assist the project manager on the project.
  • Specialist in cost and with a strong understanding of other Project Control elements.
  • Previous experience in Cost Control and/or Project Controls environment.
  • Previous cost control experience within the energy or oil & gas sectors.
  • Experienced in supporting multiple and complex projects.
