Business Title: Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and driven candidate to join our sales team at Smart 10 Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for conducting a high volume of daily outbound calls to generate leads and quotes, completing quotes promptly, and logging follow-up calls. You will also interact with prospects and customers daily to drive additional orders and revenue for the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviving inactive accounts to boost revenue, providing weekly and monthly updates and reports on account activity, and being creative to generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting daily outbound calls to generate leads and quotes
- Completing quotes promptly and logging follow-up calls
- Interacting with prospects and customers daily to drive additional orders and revenue
- Reviving inactive accounts to boost revenue
- Providing weekly and monthly updates and reports on account activity
- Being creative to generate new leads
- Managing your own accounts and building relationships
- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
- Uncapped, accumulative monthly commission
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
