About the Job

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our team of compiler engineers in developing state-of-the-art optimization technologies for Apple's CPU and Accelerator platforms. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with engineers and leaders to advance our technology and build a dynamic team environment.

Job Description

The CPU and Accelerator Compilers Team is responsible for optimizing and generating code for CPUs and Accelerators on all Apple platforms. Our team works on industry-impacting technologies that improve user experience through better run-time performance, battery life, compile-times, code size, or enhanced security.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new optimizations in the compiler middle end to speed up applications built in C/C++, Swift, and Objective-C.
  • Collaborate with engineers and leaders at Apple to advance our technology.
  • Build a diverse, balanced, and dynamic team environment.
Requirements
  • Strong engineering background and management experience.
  • Passion for mentoring engineers.
  • Track record of building collaborative working relationships across large organizations.
