About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our team at Smarsh. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Technical Training Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust Training Program to support the Target State Architecture, ensuring seamless rollout and BAU state for Technological Training Programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address dependencies, ensuring program systems are not broken by upstream changes.
  • Balance the needs of engineering teams with the larger business picture, incorporating requirements into project plans to drive efficient project delivery.
  • Convey detailed technical knowledge to engineering teams, ensuring effective project delivery and customer success.
  • Assess engineering practices for testing, triage, and maintenance, working with managers to establish the right methods for effective project delivery.
  • Partner with technical managers to secure resources, scope engineering efforts, and drive delivery, providing status reporting to senior leadership and C-staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer success.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
