At Pro Talent, we specialize in providing expert services in taxation, corporate finance, and accounting. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, and providing advice to clients on payroll-related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage payroll processes, including processing start-to-end payrolls, handling company sick pay, and monitoring holiday pay.
  2. Provide guidance to clients on payroll-related queries and advise them on necessary changes to ensure optimal outcomes.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll legislation and regulations.
  4. Assist in training and developing payroll juniors.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working in a payroll department, preferably in a payroll bureau environment.
  2. Strong understanding of payroll addition and deduction payments.
  3. Experience with Brightpay, Xero, and MS Excel.
  4. Ability to work accurately and analyse a range of financial information.
