Job Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Team Leader to join our team at Syntech Recruitment Ltd's Farnborough facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage staff to achieve production targets. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to help staff develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Production Optimization: Analyze and optimize production processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and implementing changes.
  • Quality Management: Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure high-quality products. Monitor and address any quality-related issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage paint shelf life, raw materials, and product inventories. Manage department budgets and purchasing needs effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Handle departmental paperwork, maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM), and perform other administrative duties as required.
