Creative Learning Specialist

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to promote student progress and achievement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
