**Maintenance Engineer Opportunity in North Manchester**

ATA Recruitment is working with a renowned FMCG manufacturing business in North Manchester to find an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out routine PPMs and reactive maintenance on machinery to maximise production outputs and minimise downtime.
  • Fault-find mechanically and electrically, using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and safely.
  • Conduct mechanical strip-downs/re-assemblies, basic field wiring, machine calibration, and system testing as required.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Prior industrial experience is essential for this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
