Job Title: Care Assistant
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and wellbeing. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored care that meets their individual requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full

Requirements:
We're looking for someone who is naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. You'll need to have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. You'll also need to have an excellent level of English and be able to communicate effectively with our customers and their families.

What We Offer:
We're committed to supporting our Care Assistants in their role and providing them with the training and development they need to succeed. You'll have access to ongoing training and support, flexible working arrangements, and a competitive salary of up to £23,000 per annum. You'll also receive a 35p mileage allowance, travel time if applicable, and the use of a company car (T&C's apply).
