This part-time role requires 18.5 hours per week, permanent, with a 0.5 FTE contract.

Stoke on Trent College is seeking an experienced teacher to join its thriving Skills for Employment team, responsible for delivering educational programmes to adult learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities within college and community settings.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level qualification and be a qualified teacher with a Level 3 subject specialism in employability and/or digital skills. Proven teaching experience, effective workload management, and strong organisational and administrative skills are highly desirable.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also possessing excellent communication, numeracy, and ICT skills. The capacity to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their learning objectives is essential.
